Homemade lobster raviolis in a cognac pomodoro cream sauce.
Salad
Oven roasted Red beets, roasted pistachios, cranberries, goat cheese crumbles, and organic baby arugula slightly tossed in a whole grain Dijon mustard vinaigrette finished with guava paste and aceto balsamico glaze.
Duet Entree
Beef tenderloin tournedos drizzle with deluxe medley mushroom sauce, shrimp scampi, sautéed Chardonnay organic baby spinach, four cheese potato cake, and honey butter roasted carrots.
Dessert to Share
Flourless chocolate cake heart covered with Lorimar’s Dolce Vita ganache.
